This 4-session program equips participants with all the tools necessary to set themselves up for day-to-day success. It focuses on organization, managing the many requests received, building a successful partnership with executives, prioritizing, and more.
This program is ideal for those who wish to establish calm, organized, and productive work practices. By the end of the program, participants will feel confident in the systems they’ve put in place to ensure their success.
This session explores the EA/executive relationship and how to work together to build a successful partnership. Topics include daily communication, key questions to ask, how to have productive 1:1 meetings, giving upward feedback, stakeholder management, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and more.
